About Beth

Beth is an independent consultant with more than 30 years’ experience in organizational change, communication and building inclusive cultures. She has served as advisor to C-level leaders across a range of industries, helping them engage and align stakeholders around the strategy, vision and roadmap for successful transformation. She is particularly effective at helping employees navigate complex organizational changes (mergers, divestitures, reorgs, etc.); and working across all levels within client organizations to build true purpose-driven cultures.

SAMPLE ENGAGEMENTS

•Led the change workstream for the divestiture of a global pharmaceutical company’s generics business, involving 50,000 employees across 60+ countries

•Led the change and communication workstream to help a global manufacturing conglomerate with the sale of its distributed power business to a private equity investor.

•Developed the strategy and implementation plan for the rollout of a global “Culture of Wellness” initiative at a Fortune 100 financial services client, with 45,000 employees across 50+ countries

•Developed the strategy and led the implementation of a new career framework within the context of a newly-merged global life sciences organization, comprising 55,000 employees around the world.

EDUCATION

Beth has a BA from Mount Holyoke College in music and political science; a Master’s degree in music from Yale University; an MFA in writing from Columbia University; and an Advanced Certification in Executive Coaching, also from Columbia University. Her writing has appeared in New York Magazine, Harper’s and the Journal of Leadership Studies; and she has been a featured speaker at the Society for Human Resources Management, World at Work and the Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association. She is also a certified Scrum Master.
